Paillettes are sometimes also referred to as sequins, spangles or diamantes. In costuming, sequins have a center hole, while spangles have the hole located at the top. Paillettes may be stitched flat to the fabric, so they do not move, and are less likely to fall off; or they may be stitched at only one point, so they dangle and move easily, catching more light.

Modeling felt (EU) is sold in sheets of 30 x 45 cm, which we send folded in half. To straighten the sheet, it needs to be wetted at the bend and dried on a flat surface (under a press or ironed).
The Moulding felt in a dry state is hard, like Lacy's Stiff Stuff, its edges do not crumble, so bead craftsmen use it as a basis for embroidery.
With the moulding felt it is possible to create 3 dimensional new forms and figures, which are not possible to make with the traditional felt. 1. Cut the moulding felt into the requested form. 2. Moisten the felt, neither colour or impregnation will be washed out. Mould in wet condition to the requested form. 3. If required, glue your model together and let it dry. The moulding felt will keep the moulded form.
